Adelaide's Biggest Day of Fencing

The AFC#2 - Robyn Chaplin Memorial is on from Saturday 11th June to Monday 13th June.

Rob Thomas is organizing volunteers to perform the weapons check over the weekend for each of the events. This is an ideal way for some of our younger fencers to be involved in a national event and see some of the fencing over the weekend. Previous experience is not necessary as each session will be supervised and support provided for those that may not have performed this task before. The volunteers for the Robyn Chaplin make this such a well-respected event in the national calendar.

The weapons check opens on Friday evening and in the afternoon on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, weapons check is open for an hour prior to each event. The Friday evening and morning sessions on each day are normally the busiest of the weekend.

Please have a look at the timetable below and if you are able to volunteer for any particular time, please email Rob Thomas (robert.thomas@4first.net.au) or text or call 0419126947 (please leave a message if he is unable to take your call and he will get back to you as soon as possible).
