FencingSA are seeking nominations for the following tasks so that we can draw up rosters and have a resource base to ensure the smooth running of this year’s Robyn Chaplin Tournament (AFC#2).
There will be a volunteer sheet next to the club sign-in sheet for the next 3 weeks for fencers & parents to register their involvement.
Tasks are as follows:
This year the Robyn Chaplin Committee would like South Australia Junior fencers to be the Medal Assistants at all the medal presentations.
The exact time of presentations is a little uncertain, but is most likely to be later in the afternoon on each of the days. To that end could you please ask your members to advise if they would like to act as Medal Assistants and to nominate day and times that they will be/can be in attendance.
We would like to see as many of FSA’s junior fencers at the RCT, to see the “masters” fence and to be inspired.
Weapons check will be as follows:
Saturday 8:00-9:00am, 9:45-10:45am, 12:45-1:45pm
Sunday 8:00-9:00am, 9:45-10:45am, 12:45-2:00pm
