In the interests of finishing the AGM at a reasonable hour, the start time has shifted to 18:00.
It is still on Thursday the 12th December in the Beer Garden of the Bridgewater Inn. We hope that this does not disrupt too many plans, and that we can have as many club members attending as possible.
Prominent items on the agenda so far are:
1. The Financial Viability of AHFC continuing in its Current Format.
2. Redistribution of Roles within the Club Administration.

Due to the current lack of received input re: agenda items, there will be an open forum at the end of the meeting; for members to raise any issues and/or submit suggestions for the advancement of the club.
